I WANT TO REGISTER ON THE ATV SITE, BUT IT SAYS MY INFO IS ALREADY USED BY A MEMBER. ME. TRIED TO CHANGE MY NAME BUT IT SILL WONT WORK. PLEASE ADVISE ME ON HOW TO DO THIS.

I tried to use this same name, then tried a different name. but my e-mail and
is still the samd. maybe that is the problem?
