set up needs some work had to lean her down, rode 2 days with this set-up
main 156.3 tempa flo set 1/3 turn lean
needle 3rd groove washer on top & bottom of clip
fuel screw 2 turns out
pilots 50
pri. clutch stk spring, stk weights no rivets ( all out)
sec. green spring 43' 90' twist ( frayed 2 belts?? to much heat?? )
did take off windage plates before trip
2 flo-rites, intake pre-filter and tape off under hood air intake
all vents including forced air vents have screens
custom made exhaust deflector and exhaust outlet sealed!
would seem to bog after small jump on hills then would not regain RPM's
when it would pull 9000-9200 on hills it seemed like I had all kinds of power, but if it boged and then would pull @ 8000-8400 not so good when your trying to squeeze all you can get out of it. do I need a heavier pri. clutch spring????
or what am I missing?

I would wait for some of the others to post before doing anything, but I'll will offer my 2 cents.
Check the secondary to see if it is binding. That secondary setup should give more than enough side pressure for that weight in the primary. Something just isn't adding up . . .
