I am running a 780 Hauck Big Bore. It runs fine and shifts at the right RPM in snow. I am running a Dalton 50-40 helix on the button clutch. On hard pack or dirt, it hooks hard enough to pull the belt down into the secondary and bog the engine. I am wrapped at 9-3 on the cam. If I run a Green AC secondary spring, what prewrap would you suggest? Also, I am thinking about running a roller secondary. Assuming I am at the proper angle helix, will a roller increase or decrease this dead start WOT bog effect on dirt or hardpack due to increased efficiency?

I would try Benders red/yellow spring at 0 & 3 works great......
