What do you guys think of the looks of the hand guards on the SRX? I haven't seen any with them on it, but they seem to be popular. Also where is a good place to get them?

I like 'em too...you need a riser to complete the look though.

on the 00+ ones i could see going 2", on the 98-99's with the cable routing over the airbox the bastards are tight as it is!

Holly Top Gunn... that custom windshield is really low...
A friend of DoktorC and mine put some on his SRX and it looks pretty good. It was scary before but now it's really intimidating... especially when he's pulling hard behind you on the trail and about to pass you...

I wouldn't put a riser on my 99 SRX without doing something with the cables. They truly are tight, as Junior said, as my throttle cable pulls snug and increases the idle slightly if I turn my bars all the way to the left.

^^^^ I have a 2" on my '98 also, no problems here. The riser is so much better for standing up. I'm 6'2" and mine is still a little too short for me but I don't want it too high for when I'm sitting down. Didn't really want to put on extensions either.
