Primary Sheave Cracked


Change it immediately. If it explodes it will do a lot of damage to other parts & cost way more $$$$ to fix.
 
I had a small chunk of my secondary break off. The part where your buttons thread into. No idea how or why it happened, but I picked up a used secondary for $100. I agree, you should swap it out before you have more damage occur.
 
out of balance, a flaw in the material and/or heat build up from bad clutching, abuse, or a bad belt
