Ok guys last question I promise. How do you get the connector out of the driveshaft on the speedo side. I'm talking about the piece that the speedo key goes into? Yamaha calls it a connector. Thanks

there is a piece in the driveshaft? I thought that the shaft was just bored with the square shape and the key fit right into the hole.???

No, you can see on the yamaha fiche that there is a insert in the drivershaft. It costs 5 something.

oh you're right. Yeah i definately don't know how to get that out. If you can't get it out, i have a different shaft you could use. It has drivers on it right now but you could press your drivers onto it, or just use the drivers that are already on it. Let me know.

it can be drilled out with a small drill bit if a pick will not get it out never did it in the sled but a angle drill should work.x2ryder said:
