RE: Front Sway Bar Removal help please.
Hey people, Im trying to install my new 42" front end kit on my 38" mmax and it all went ok so far, but I can't figure out how to get the sway bar out to swap it with the new one, do I have to drill the side end cover 8 rivots to get them out? one of them on each side is very hard to get at, also how do I set up the Camber when im done on the radius rod adjusters? please help.......

First you need to punch out the center of the rivet, then you need to drill out the rivets. You may be able to get to the top rivet with an angle drill, but it's not that hard to remove the sides of the belly pan. That makes the job much easier. I use an angle gauge to set the camber to 0 +/- 0.5.
