hey guys, just wondering what the stock compression (no mods) was on both the yamaha 700 triple engines, both with and without power valves??

I have had 3 700's without the valves.

Flatland sleds not the MM.

125 Approx stock.

Just shy of 150 after the head gasket Mod

I checked mine when I bought it in November and got about 150 in each cylinder. I bought the sled used from a Yamaha mechanic so not sure if he did any mods to the head gasket, but all 3 cylinders were identical.

I have between 132-135 on my SRX 700. I was told by the dealer 135 is normal for this model

Different Guages read differently also guys, take reading with three different ones and take the average...........
