hAS ANY INSTALLED A VIPER PIPE INTO AN SRX. JUST CURIOUS. DO YOU THINK IT WOULD IMPROVE THE gas milage. just a thought. one is one ebay and I thought it might be something different to try. Plus I like the sound of the viper. I'm sure someone must have tried it...will it fit? I thought I read where someone was doing it but I'm not sure thanks

No,it wont improve gasmilage. it will mess up the srx's handling as well because you are taking weight from key areas of the srx. Overall, its just a BAD idea.

You've probably read where people have taken SRX pipes and installed them on a viper, not the other way around. Anyone else have any ideas?

the srx already has great mileage anyway. If you want it better, why not install a tempaflow or other fuel flow compensator? Why would you want to throw away all of that smooth, seamless power?

good points....had to ask! plus its just human nature to mess with something even if it isn't broke. I have been reading about the tempa flows and it would appear if the install is done correctly its a great way to go. I would like to move to an rx1 but I can't justify replacing my srx's. They rock!

I'll be putting my tempaflow on my srx as soon as my repaired ACL is good enough to let me back out into the garage.
