first time user, great site! i want to install a 5 or 6 inch riser block on my 97 700 mountain max. wondering what anybody may have used to overcome the cable issues. i saw throttle cable extensions in a catalog but nothing about brake cable (parking) and hydraulic. is there something aftermarket available or do i try cables and hose for a mountain viper or what. thanks.

I dont believe you need a brake cable extention, I think that there is enough length. I do no see any listed in my catalog. I can get you the risers and throttle extentions if you decide to go with them.
You need 2 cable extention kits one for the oil cable a one for the throttle cable. Forget the e Brake cable and get an e brake from Mountain performance. You will need to get a new brake line. One for a MM will not be long enough. Mountain Performance has one they sell. I might have one if your interested. Good luck getting pressure back in your brake line. I'm having this problem right now. I've been given some ideas but haven't tried any yet.(always at work).
