striped studs

i have a few bent studs and the allan head parts is striped out. whats the easyest whey to get them out

take a die grinder or cut off wheel like with a dremal, cut the nut in half and then slit it off with a cutting chisel or just cut both sides and it will fall off. Then push the stud thru.
