Adding Avatar

Maybe it's just me, but how do I add an avatar? when I go to the edit avatar section, I can't do anything.

Go to your user control panel (user cp at top of page). You will be able to attach an avatar from there. You may need to resize your photo to make it small enough to work. Make sure that you uncheck the box that says "do not use an avatar". If that doesn't work you may need to ask Mr. Sled what is happening.

I don't see any place to attach an avatar this is all I see.
