I'll try to get some pics, they look nice. I took the cover off the SRX pipes and spraypainted them black with 1200* stove paint. looks SO nice.
I paiinted my exhause manifold on my viper and the paint just burnt off right away. I dont rember what the degree rating was i just went to NAPA and told them to sell me something that would work well on exhaust....I guess i got some bad paint.

no it will all burn off eventually, 1200 obviously faster than 1500. Go with ceramic coating, that looks awesome for a LONG time with a little bit of maintainence.

I used 1200* with ceramic in it and we redo this every season. Looks really good but near the end of the season you will see rust.

That sounds like it looks really cool i never though to paint them myself as long as i have the right paint or the heat.
