polish the rails they look awesome that way, with you having the red hood, go red on the arms with the stock decal, polish the rails and run red hyfax, she'll look awesome. for extra bling factor you can send your arms to be chromed for about 60-70 bux each. now your talkin shiney! add a red skidplate, and some billet wheels whew! now your cookin with wesson. ski

i dont want to polish the rails because i trailer on an open trail with a salt shield. i already have a hard time keeping the tunnel looking good. keep the suggestions coming!

every bit of what ski said is right. you can polish your rails and whatever else you want and then either powdercoat it clear or anodize them clear (anodize will only work with aluminum) i'd do exactly what ski said!!!

i wouldnt powdercoat the trailing arms red because that might be a little too much red. they would look really good powdercoated black, and then add some small red decals. If they made a red chrome windshield for the viper that would be awesome,go with a black or chrome windshield. get some 8" billet wheels, and a skid plate. You can also get red shock covers. Get a red handlebar cover, silver gas cap, aluminum tips to put on the end of the handlebars. Get some black or red traction brackets, red hyfax. If you painted the grills white it would look really sharp. Then get some headlight covers and paint two white teeth on the skid plate. looks sharp. Thats my two cents

i think the trailing arms would look awesome powder coated red. Would contrast great with the black pans, and match the hood and ski tips, etc.

I don't have anything powder coated, but I have alot of other goodies. I Don't have a better pic from the front....I need to find some free resize software. Click on the pics....You can see some of the stuff I've added.
Handle bar ends
Trailing arm end caps
Red Gyt Grips
Red wheels and hyfax
2 inch riser
Sticky on the shield (going to paint it black)
Belly pan
Shock covers
192 studs with red backers
Couple of scratches on the arms, paint this summer.
Hope this helps with some ideas...

i have thought about the billet gas cap, but i think that thing would be gone at one gas stop. unless you brought the stock one and switched them at every stop, but what is the fun in that?

i was thinking the same thing-- too easy to walk off with, but they are sharp looking. you'd have to carry the spare plastic one in the trunk- just in case!
only a butthead would steal your gas cap,i wouldnt put it past some clown to pull a stunt like this.

update. the rear suspensions (viper and pro x) are at the powdercoater, the rails will be chrome looking powdercoat and all the brackets and arms will be gloss black. ill post pics when i get the stuff back. im hoping the rails really shine! he told me it looks like polished aluminum. the front suspensions will have to wait a year, unless i run into some money!
