They might not get quite 15 MPG but most if not all the "big twins" will need gas before U.

They still might get better gas mileage than the "bigger twins", but you can't tell me that a big-bore SRX is getting the same MPG as a stock SRX. Maybe I'm just ignorant but I don't believe that. If that's true, I should've big-bored mine a long time ago.

I don't know where you guys ride or at what elevation. At sea level my cpr 780 does no better than 8 mpg. My plugs are cardboard color and cannot go very much leaner. Maybe a little? This is with head mod and bored carbs. It does haul *** though !!!

My 800 SRX was not even close to stock jetting. If it was I would have burned it on the first ride out.

I have a Hauck 780 SRX. Not quite as good as stock on fuel but still very good. It does as well as any two stoke I run with and better than most.

Years ago, I bored a 1994 yamaha 600 twin to a 700. Not only did it run a bunch stronger than stock, it did it on a little less fuel.
