Whats involved in putting over drive into a Viper ? Where do I get a wrench to adjust the pre-loads on my shocks ? Whats Helix should I put in for more take off ?

some people will tell you they noticed a gain with overdrive systems, but really they aren't worth the money like if you go and buy an overdrive sheave or something. You can gain a little bit more overdrive if you cut down the shoulder on your helix, but your primary will still stop the system from shifting all the way out. As for more bottom end, a helix around a 52/44 or so will really make it launch hard, and i would recommend putting a green sec. spring in with the helix so that you don't lose as much backshift. It will really upshift like mother.
What the was the Helix Turk was recommending ? Hey where do I get a wrench to adjust my shock pre-load ? Is it called a spanner wrench ? Are we supposed to have one of these in our tool kits?

I dont know what helix turk recommends, this is what i found works. As for the wrench, yes it is called a spanner wrench, and they come in the rx1 tool boxes but not any of the older two strokes. You can get them at any dealer.

yamaha sells spanner wrenches, and they say Ohlins on them
