What would be better a 136x15x2" or a 136x16x1.75" track for moutain riding? Maybe camoplast will come out with a 136x16x2" by next winter

A 136"x16" track will increase the foot print by 41" to 46" square inches (compared to a 136"x15") depending on how much of the approach angle you want to include in your mearsurement. A 141"x15" increases it 37", a 144"x15" increases it by 60". So a 136"x16" falls right in between a 141"x15" and a 144"x15".
A couple of friends have 600 Mountain Cat's with 136"x15"x2" on them. They do work well in the mountain's, but I think my 136"x16"x1.75" works better. Seem's to have better traction. Although it's hard to compare them, because of the horsepower difference between a piped Viper, and a stock 600 Cat!
Couple other things to consider, 1.75" can be used with 9 tooth driver's. There is just over 1/4" clearance at the closest point to the front heat exchanger. 2" lug's require 8 tooth driver's. Also there is a little more work involved installing a 16" track. Some grinding on the chain case nuts/bolts, long rivit's. Also some modifications will need to be done to the rear drop bracket's, if you are using stock Yamaha drop bracket's.
Even with the extra work, IMO the 16" track is still worth it.

I agree. The 16" tracks don't show always show up in the 159 or 162 length but 16" should make a noticable difference in a 136"

a 162'' by 16'' by 2.25'' would be best vut i would recommend the 2'' paddle track. that is what i am runnin in the mountains and it works like a charm. also go witha 10'' riser lol. I no i am crazy
