road trip!!! where is that place?

We were in the Snowy range in SE wyoming. Often called "The Snowies". They had alot of base and I seen this storm coming in a few dyas early and watched it close. Once I knew it was going to dump powder we were on our way out. It was still snowing when we got there and we rode all weekend in awesome powder. Some day I will live much closer, I have over 13,000 miles of trailering this year! ===SRXSRULE===

Rules, Is there always that much snow out there in the Snowies this late in the year?? I was there in December. That was the only time I've ever rode in the mountains. I have to go again next year.

March and April are the best months to ride.Huge base, warmer temps, and longer days. Plus spring snow storms can lay down some huge powder. I was out there 3 weeks ago and the base was so deep I couldnt reach bottom with my Avy Probe (8.5ft) in several places. ===SRXSRULE===
