another srx problem

when you pin my srx from stopped even on the coldest days when it is leanest, it accelerates to about 85 then stops accellerating. If I did this slow pressing a little at a time while riding until it is pinned, it can reach its correct full speed of about 115. Any ideas? thanks

you need to set up the carbs your fathering it and its ok but you full pin it you bog down you need to redo the crabs give it more fuel and set the flot's and also set up with a 50 pilot and bring the needle jet down to the bottom setting with all washers under it
and put fuel 2 turns out and run mains 1 size lower
i also run a .9 air jet
i have no probs with that set up i got full power from stop to go right to the end
also take a look at your reads see if there ok and set the cage up
if you need help in getting cages set up i can help you
in the book it tells you what yamaha would like to see the cages but that is for everyday and for guys that dont know how to tune sleds you can open them more to get the most out of them with out loosing power anf flooding the case ...
