I'm curious on how often the springs should be replaced??Mine have about 3000 miles on them.And at the end of the season I noticed it was starting to overrev,And I'm thinking that is because spring is getting weaker? Thanks guys
If the spring was getting weaker your rpm's would be down.You probaly have a worn beldt.

springs should be changed around every 3000 miles, but a wearing spring will not raise your revs, it will drop them. Narrow belt is much more likely, or worn bushings, dirty sheaves, etc.
