i have a 2001 srx 700 and i will be running viper headlights, as well as some leds under the hood, and a polaris tailight. however, i won't be using my hand or thumb heaters. will the stator work, i should i go ahead and use a viper stator? i've heard how the viper stator is the strongest one out there and such, so i wasn't sure. thanks!!!

I believe they are the same. I KNOW its the same between the 2002 srx and viper, not 100% about the '01 but pretty sure.
they will interchange and work, ive done it. as far as output goes im not sure what is more, check the spec chart in the manuals
