Electric shield wiring for 97 SX700 ?

Anybody know the best way to wire an electric shield hookup on a 97 SX700. What are the best connection points for hot and grd wires for a clean and finished look.

Blue wire is your constant hot, black is ground... Both can be found near the headlight or under the bar pad.
