I have a friend that recently bought a 98 SRX with a Maxx Perf 780 BB. After doing a little research I found out that the Maxx BB is not a favorate for the SRX. CAlled Maxx and they said there first kit had problems with the Wisco pistons. So the second kit used cast pistons with spacers and lost 10 hp.
Motor sounds good with 130 psi compression on each hole. Any body had experience with this BB? Is it reliable, how is the power. I know know that the CPR kit is the one to get but I don't think he would have bought a CPR sled for what this one was bought for. The seller had it on this site for a while.
