i believe the arm you are talking about is the fly weights in the primary clutch. if you have an open hole in the weight just put it in and pound the skinny end with a hammer till smashes over and is stuck in the hole. www.maxxperf.com sell a weight tool for $50 which makes the installation and drilling (removal of old rivets)much easier. i have alway installed mine on top of a vice hoping i wouldnt smash my fingers.
