Has anyone installed a ski doo skid in a viper? I just bought a 02 mxz skid on Ebay and am looking for any info, pros-cons, mounting tips, template or measurements. Thanks for any help, Dave

why would you want that? Your viper S suspension should ride better than that mxz suspension
That hasn't been my experience, when ripping threw moguls, the rear pogos from one side of the trail to the other! Ive tried softening, stiffening without any luck. Maybe Im missing something. Over stutterbumps its like riding a big virbrator. My buddies 97 mxz handles these conditions better. HELP!!!

Thanks Jim, but I just can't swing the price tag. Been watching Ebay for one, but no luck! So I bought a SC10 II ski-don't skid, looking for any info on installing it.(template or maybe bolthole measurements)Thanks, DaveJim Drake said:

talk to someone on a ski doo site. have them get measurements from a sled that had that suspension in it. make sure they give the driveshaft measurements too!
You could also try over on the Snowest forum. There was a guy out of Canada, that was installing Doo skid's in Yamaha's.
