i have a vmax 600 twin with carbontech reeds, aaen single, and i was going to buy the thin head gasket....i haven't jetted yet...what is the best clutch/jetting set up for this sled?

51/43 helix for secondary. play with the spring to get it to shift out to to your riding conditions you can pick up a stiffer spring for your primary to bump the engagement

go with 8AB's instead of the 8CA. They are the same profile but the CA's are heavier and a little harder to fine tune than the AB's, especially on a less forgiving 600, and worse yet a twin.

some 500 and 600 twins came with 8AB.. check and see what you have

sleds that came with 8AB (1996) 500 and 600 vmax

AB's have my vote, ...you guys should really check out the tech section on clutching, ...there's a buffet of clutch settings for most riding styles! ;)!

yes i owned a 94 v-max 500. sold it 3 years ago clutching is very tame. i would pick up some 8AB weights then ;)!
