Need Help adding pictures

I am having trouble adding pictures to a post. The instructions say to click on "brouse". I am unable to find that. Can anyone help?

It should be on the bottom in a seprate window and you should click on manage attachments. then click one of the bowse boxes if you do not see this manage attachments, the window additional options may be scrolled up so push the button on the left side of the window which should have two arrows pointing down. and this should open up a larger window and manage attachments should be abotu half way down. Once you find the picture you want hit up load.

Yeah, i have only been out there once but i can't wait to go back for the sites like old faithful and the deep powder riding like no other.
