Removing the inner front bumper

What is the easiest way to get at the lower front bumper bolts to replace it. I haven't tried yet I was just looking at it wondering how the *$#& do you get at the lower bolts to get it out without taking to whole sled apart. I am sure I can get it out but just looking to you guys for info, I am sure if there is an easier way someone on here knows, Thanks
