What are the ideal helixes used for off the line & lake running. 
it really depends on the distance ...many combinations work, I like straight 47 and the 50/43 but you have to run the correct clutch weights to compliment the helix change.

I run 54/42 at 3-3, with stock primary. If you are over 200 you my want to go to a 54/40 at 3-3.
