Ok i am in the process of making a front end kit for my sled . i used 1 inch 6061 aluminum and milled the down a couple thousands for my radius rods and i used 5/8 inch 6061 for my steering bar i got shocks off a predator wheeler "i think thats what i problem is, But i made everything and it was going to be like a sno-tek kit or a BLT and when i but it on the ground i pancaked the sled it looks stupid and has no higher clearence. What do i do need help from anyone want to speak with SrxTeam with his mountain monster

sent some pic's. If you are not doing any welding, I would use 7075 t6 or 2024 t351, if you weld you must heat treat. By the way what was the hardness of the 6061 you used. If you look on our web site you can see what we make.

Ok i am going to work on it tonight and if i can't figure it out i will post some pics. I dude i have a 3.9 GPA i know how to spell just hate computers.
