Asking price for an '02

I have an 02 viper (stock) 500 miles with minor rusting and a small 1 inch tear in the seat. I also have a 2 place aluminum trailer. Haven't road it for 2 years. I am taking it in to a dealer later this week to see what they will offer me. Around what do you think they will offer me and what should I accept? If they only offer me like 2k then I will not go that route, I will sell it private... and if that's the case, what would be a fair price to ask?
