i'm thinking of putting a 136 kit on my viper. i was wondering what everyone has for 136 kits and how they like them, prices, pics, etc. thanks

buy the pieces you want/need v.s one complete kit is my 2 cents. the mpi tunnel ext with rivets, supports and the cooler hoses (can buy covers for hoses from them as well) is my first choice. they make max perfs kit extension from what i am told. but max's kit lets you use the viper/srx cooler. i prefer the mpi roof u shaped cooler myself. rail extensions. hard to beat tracks usa's, plus theres a nice tech article here on ty how to install them step by step. hose covers (mountain maxx/mountain viper) can be bought at your dealer but they aint cheap. if you want use of full length hyfax you'll need full 136 rails (max kit has them but again expensive) or the tracks usa rail exts use full hyfax. hartman and mpi kits DO NOT use full length hyfax. they add lngth to the rails but do not contact the hyfax areas. ski

if you dont want a too long tunnel extension get a maxx perf one. looks great and works with a stock cooler.

i bought mpi 136 option 2 kit for my viper last year... complete with everything, i added their cooler after.... she was runnin a little warm, i dont think the snow was travelling up the tunnel as far as it used to.... i love it, and would recommend their set up to anyone....

i've noticed alot of the kits say it works with the stock cooler but stock 02 vipers don't have the rear cooler. anybody know what they are talking about? i was hoping i didn't have to get the rear cooler if i get one.

i have a factory tunnell ext off a mountain viper with the coller and all the brackets and hoses for 150.00, sorry no covers though, comes with bumper and everything, and i have a maxx perf 136 kit ext new never inst. for 120.00 shippied to you, comes with rivets and all,are you still running that bender 4x4 pipe?

they work with the stock srx type cooler that was used on the newer vipers. if you dont need a rear cooler, then dont worry about it.

that is the stock viper bumper... and yes they come with their own advertising.... the sticker looks good.... almost looks factory when all done... the side covers fit real nice.... i think they are off of a mountain max.... im not sure,
