does anyone know if you can, or how to seperate the face from the gauge so I can have access to the needles? Figured I might be able to heat them up and twist them apart, but this doesnt seem to be working at all. I just jabbed myself in the palm with a small screwdriver, and figured there might be a better way. Anywho, any help would be appreciated.

Nevermind, I have accomplished it. Thanks in advance for anyone that was gonna post up some help. I ended up just heating it alot with a hair dryer, then slowly prying it apart. Put her back together with RTV silicone so she will be completelly sealed again. Here is some pics of the new gauges:

Not to scare you, but if the silicone you used has acetic acid like most silicone it can cause problems down the road. I work on electronics a lot and we have always been told to NEVER use silicone to seal up anything with it because of the acid in the silicone. If you notice your gauge changing color or the lens looking funny it's most likely due to that. I don't think there is much in the way of electronics in there (just some bulbs). This is just an FYI. The Raytheon radar stuff says in the manual to NEVER use silicone to seal up the electronics boxes. They have a black goop that works very good. I used super glue on my gauges when they cracked open after I rolled it. Again, this is just an FYI.... Doug
