I was told to run rich and work my way leaner. (im a flat lander) My carb size is 38 mm stock jet. My exhaust is a AAEN single pipe.
Also i need to know what is the best clutch set up for trail riding and lake runing with this big bore kit.

If you spent the money on a big bore kit, find yourself a set of twin GYT pipes and ditch the aaen single pipe.

They have a set of 600 PSI twins for sale $200 on amsnow.
I liked them best of all the twins, Bender, GYT, RPC..

I built the same engine in 1995. Used Aaen twin pipes and stock carbs. I will try and find the jet records for the engine. Mine was deck and ported. Worked very well. I embarased a lot of sleds with it. I think the guy who bought the cyliners and pistons from me is still running it. If you want I will try and get contact info for you. He will have tuning information for 1800 ft.
