? about cpr head mod.

does anyone know what the comp. should be with the cpr head mod? I just installed new rings and its only got like 95 for compression across the board. i torque the heads to 20 ft/lbs is this right?

i talked to jeff simon and he said it should be a little higher than a the highest on the stock viper. so he said that it should be about 125.
