My motor keeps fluding out on one side (clutch). The gas pours out into the exaust. I ruled out the carbs, reeds, coil, piston, cylinder, fuel pump, gaskets, new stator. The only thing left is the electrical( CDI), Crank? The outside crank seals are dry. Need help before I end up beating it up.
if its flooding it has to due with gas...did you check the needle and seat in the carbs......Maybe the diaphram in the fuel pump went.
I put another set of carbs on, and Its doing the same thing. I just finished puting in a new fuel pump.
same thing with the new fuel pump???
Still no difference with the new fuel pump.
that doesnt make any sense...that gas has to be coming from some place its ether the carbs or the fuel pump, by the needle and seat through the carbs or the vaccume line on the fuel pump....only other thing is the check valve failed on the oil line and its coming though though oil tank and back through the oil pump.

Compression
Does it have compression in that jug? I once had a old FA doo that would only run on one cylinder it does not take long for it to ingest enough gas to run/drip out the exhaust if the rest of the cylinders are running.

Oh ya
This was back when i was young I rebuilt that doo and it still did it. It was a bent/out of phase crank.

When i put the middle piston on top center, the first piston and the third piston are not even. Should they be even?
