Feet got a little cold last year. What is the sock of choice?

ru outside makes nice thick warm non-cotton socks. make sure to wear no cotton next to skin. make sure boots fit properly, if you wear the correct size boot and too thick of a sock or multiple layers, the pinching effect will make feet colder. also check to make sure what the boot your wearing is rated temperature wise. if your boots are rated to +20, your feet wont be warm at 0 to -20 or colder. ski

I really like a thin polypropolene sock liner, then some high quality thermal (thin). Bulk doesn't equal warmth! Air space is always important. I found also, that my feet get cold when I stand around on the snow, so if I do get cold, I take a break on the sled and let the tunnel coolers help out. Good luck!

After years of cold feet, I was given the following advice and it works. Spray your feet with arid extra dry anti persperant and wear a marino wool sock (non itchy). It works so well, I have quit using smowmobile boots in favor of hunting boots with 600 grams of thinsulate.
