my oil light was blinking, so I brought it to the dealer and they said it might be blinking a code for the servo. I thought the temp light did that. Any ideas? opinions?

When my oil light is blinking it is because I am low on oil . I am assuming that you are not in which case I would suspect the sensor .As far as I know the oil light is just for the oil .

The switch goes into the left side of the oil tank it has 2 wires oe is ground and one is signal .when the tank is full the switch should be open .
When the oil level drops below the swith the switch closesthe circuit to ground . so I guess the float or contacts are stuck . you can take it out and see if you can fix it . Or you can buy a new one and replace it . Now where can I find where it says the oil light signals anything but low oil . Maybeif you have an owners manuel you can read what they have to say I
only have the shop manuel ,and couldn't find any thing in there .That dealer should have been able to fix that in about ten min.

I would be asking my dealer WTF?

the light bulbs were switched in the gauge, so the temp light was blinking where the oil light was. I had someone put an egt gauge on and they must have screwed it up somehow.
