Nobody's clutching will work exactly the same on every motor, but I have a 780 big bore setup on my '01 srx, and have some new empty 8BUs, 3.6g, 2.4g, and .8g rivets to use. Also have a stock primary spring, and a WWWprimary spring. I have a 47*, 45*, a bender 2070, and a bender 9870 to play with, along w/the secondary pink, green, and silver secondary springs. If anyone could give me a good starting point for the clutching setup, I'll start there. I DO have some heavy hitters on the way, so if anyone has a good setup for those, I'm all ears also! Thanks everybody!!! :D ps-I am not worried about back shifting. I like to lead rides on a good pace, but like the gas milage more than an aggressive backshift.

First of all whos 780 kit is it. If it's Jeff's then call him, he has the answers. If your real nice to Buster696 he may hand over one of his setups (He also likes the HH setup). He is running CPR's (Jeff's) 780 and the sled rocks. I am pretty sure the Heavy Hitters are Jeff's weights also. He will be the best bet for a full setup from jetting and needles to your primary and seconday. Doug

Thanks. I talked to buster earlier, and he gave me a setup he was using, but he is running the bored carbs, higher revving cdi, etc. It may still be a good starting point, but his will be meant to rev higher than mine. My kit is made by me, using a wiseco piston # that max performance used.
