What causes snowmobiles to foul plugs? I seem to be an idiot on this subject.

The most common thing I see is when cold starting, over use of the choke. With Yami sleds, regardless of engine size, the choke is mui parful! Use it as little as possible, and kick it off as quick as you can.
Beyond that, a choke plunger that's stuck works every time you want to ruin a plug. What work did you have done right before your problems started?

What sled? If they had the carbs off for a cleaning, and have the choke cable set to tight, so that the plungers aren't coming back all of the way, this would cause it. Maxdlx
