helix help needed

I have a98 srx 700 with heel clickers with some other mods. Anyway I recently got a roller secdary it takes cat helixs. does anyone know what would be a good helix# to use with this set up?

What type of ridin do u do . I like a 50-44 helix from goodwin performance or dalton. Both are good.
