I am putting a hacksaw on a 99SRX. I have not had good luck studding the outside belt in the past. No pull outs, but the outer studs seem to wear down after 1 season. Generally the centers look good. For that reason I am just going to stud down the center. I'd like suggestions on patterns....There are a lot out there!!! Right not I am thinking of a running a pattern without any down the exact center. maybe a 144 pattern and keeping them close to the rails...Do you guys think this will be enough?? Would it be much of a difference to go to 192 and stud the outside belt? Thanks guys!

i have a 1 inch preditor and it can with 144 prepunched holes down center ,it was done by camoplast and woodys it works great don't think i would stud the out sides again for the trail

it will be a 144 studs in the center of the belt.camoplast will warranty a studded track if you buy the pre punched track and only stud the center, and with that patteren half of the studs will use dubble backers witch are way stronger then the singles
