WTB quick adj transfer rods for 01 srx

Looking pick up some rods if anybody has some setting around.

can anyone post any pics of the aftermarket trans rods available. I have stock ones on my 2000. what is the benefit of the aftermarket ones..... adjustability...? just curious to see what they look like.... thanks
