On my buddies 01 srx he's putting an avenger 111 on there the egt's are working but what wires do you use to get the tach to work.Thank's

hi
avenger sells a adapter for the 00 plus srx.or you can do like i did.splice the yellow/black from the tach,run it to the avenger signal connection.you will need to modify the current connection on the avenger.you will need to cut the pin on the harness,that goes in the signal port.and install the splice wire in the signal hole in the avenger.sorry about my english.it s a bit rusty

i just got mine installed after sitting on them for about 3 years.i to was wondering this & also wondering how to get my backlight to come on. it is not working. it did when i first got the avenger & i tested it out.also does anybody know how to use the record button.also where can i get an adapter to splice into the antifreeze lines to use my water probe.
