Do you have single or dual trip meters on your 04 Viper S's??

Mine is single, the Yamaha spec page says they should have dual trip meters ...

Thanks,

the rx1 didnt have 2 because of the handwarmer function taking up memory. no idea about the viper s.........

Anybody else on a Viper S know how many trip meters you have? Sounds like I'm suppose to have 2 - I called Yamaha Customer Service Today.

Thanks!

Anybody out there with a Viper S, need to do anything to the rear shocks yet? I am kind of looking for a new set of rebuildables, I have got just under 6000 miles on these, what do you all suggest?

xsivhp, have you priced ohlins yet, I was going to do ohlins myself, but wow I about fel over when I figured out how much they were! Unless money is no object to some of you, but I have a few limits anyway!!!!

ohlins are damn nice though. take em out when you sell it and sell em for a lot after the viper is long gone :)

Just wanted to update anyone that cares. I called Yamaha customer service and Yamaha says the Viper S should have two trip meters.

When I look through Yamaha's website the Viper S is the only sled with the digital speedo and handwarmers that says it has two trip meters - which leads me to believe it is a specification error.

Viper S should only have 1 trip meter. Oh well.

I believe there are 2 trips on mine.............

After further review.......I only have 1 trip as well on the Viper S, got 2 on the Viper. Sorry for the bad info............can't believe I was wrong again this year......
