How big of a shot are you planning on running?
I believe if it is under 40, you wont have to do much tuning at all.

At first I was thinking a 50 shot, but if 35-40 needs no tuning that woudl be awesome.
Also referring to the 'tuning' of the kit, it says right in the instructions have a experienced tuner help you out and I am by no means a tuner period, so if anyone has feedback on how easy or hard it is to set up for a novice I'm all ears!

Do good install. After you run it you'll find that its a bit on the rich side.I've run 45 horse kits on a couple twins and triples now.Stock clutching wil lbe fine.won't over rev motor to much for trail use.If only running on ice i'd say run some more waight .run it let us know how it works.
Which kit are you using? I'm looking into the boss noss now as well and both seem adjustable for fueling. Thanks
