Add more weight to the primary. I would look at something quick & easy to tune like 48 gram heavy hitters.

We run 72 grams in the RX-1 with 100hp shot

25-45 hp shot.....dont bother doing anything. No joke, just let it over rev. You will gain about 500 rpm on the button. Been there done that. ===SRXSRULE===

over rev. never gets the job done. If this is in a rx-1 you will go alot more than 500rpm over. Been there done that.

You gotta compromise on the clutching. If you add a ew grams it will be very doggy off the button but run like hell on the nos. If you keep it fairly close to stock then it will be fine for normal riding but overrev when you hit that red button. You gotta choose what you want to do...it will be a compromise at best.
