Heavy snow warning for Thompson Manitoba(450 miles north of Winterpeg!). 30 cm of snow expected by Monday(12") & I will be driving up there on biz thru that mess. Looks good for an early winter right now!

a little early isn't it, well bring it on cause i will be ready! my buds in gillam will be happy to ride soon this year! thats all they talk about is riding. sounds like we will be geting it down here early this year by just looking at the temps we are supposed to get next week, lows of 3 to -1!

the farmers alumanac(sp?) says its going to be a cold fall and stormy winter in the North East..... So I hope it snows and snows and snows.......weeeeeeee

we had a hot summer here in MI, that usually equates into large amounts of snowfall with the great lakes snow machine a little warmer than usual..... got to love it...... bring it on!!

Yes, Lake superior is 4-5 degrees warmer than usual, which means a CRAP load of lake effect.
The farmers almanac calls for loads of snow but its not supposed to be very cold this winter.
