Look at the TORS on the carburator and follow those wires to the connection. This shoud be a fem and male. You should be able to disconnet and bypass tors by connecting the two wires from the CDI together.
Are you having a problem that you think is caused by the TORS.

yes i think i am. i had my carbs cleaned about 2 weeks ago. the sled runs good at wide open throttle. but if you let up on it and give it gas it sputters at times. and some times you will be driving and it will loose all power. and backfire. but will idle fine

Stab in the dark
First off, I heard you should not run your sled with the TORS bypassed. There is a saftey issue. Bypass ONLY for testing purposes. You are just band-aiding what could be a more serious problem. Secondly, for your problem. Now this is a stab in the dark as I had similar syptoms and this was the fix. If your throttle cable is too tight, it will not allow the carb slides to close completely and activate the TORS. The throttle cable adjustment is at a large, gold plate near center of carbs (on top and easy to get at). There is a 10mm adjusting nut and jamb nut. Look underneath (near the carbs) and make sure there is alittle slack in the cable going to the carbs. If it it at all tight, loosen the jamb nut and make the necessary adjustment (clockwise to loosen cable, counter-clockwise to tighten cable) Then retighten jamb nut when you're done. Hope that helps. It is an easy fix.
