TORS problems

Guys, I am having problems with the TORS switch acting up. The throttle is adjusted properly, but the handle bar switch seems a little sluggish when moving. What I mean is that the lever doesnt pivot quickly when pressure is applied to it. This may be causing some of my problems.

Has anyone had any problems with the handle bar lever/switch? A buddy who rides Cats, was having problems with his throttle override and replaced the bushings on the lever. Problem solved. Anyone have this experience with a Yamaha?

Dockter71, did you replace any parts in your throttle lever after 11k miles?

Yes, the same thing can happen to the yamaha. They also have plastic inserts that can wear out.
